Kindly be aware that all prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed upon booking.
In the event of any changes requested under unforeseen circumstances, additional fees may apply. All such fees will be communicated to you before implementing the changes.

Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required within 24 hours of contract finalization.

Amendment Policy:

• Any changes made to bookings after invoicing will incur an additional handling fee of CHF30 per individual booking, in addition to any fees imposed by other service providers for the changes.

Golf Course Availability and Services:

We strive to provide you with an exceptional golfing experience on our tours. However, please note that all golf courses are subject to availability and may be influenced by factors beyond our control. In certain circumstances, it might be necessary to modify or replace scheduled golf games or services.
Rest assured, should any changes be required, we will make every effort to inform you promptly.

Travel and Cancellation insurance:

• Please ensure that you have sufficient travel insurance to cover injury, medical expenses, repatriation, death, loss of or damage to personal belongings and cancellation costs due to unforeseen events. The traveler holds the responsibility of ensuring proper coverage.

Cancellations:

• For cancellations before the departure date, they will be considered valid only if communicated to us in writing. The effective date of cancellation will be the day we receive your written notification.

Cancellation Policy:

We strive to ensure a seamless experience for our clients while managing the varying cancellation policies of different accommodations and golf courses. To simplify the process, we have established a unified cancellation fee structure.

For cancellations made by clients, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking cost will apply. In addition to our cancellation fee, please be aware that the cancellation policies of the individual accommodations and golf courses will also come into effect.

It is important to note that in certain cases, our cancellation fee may exceed the specific cancellation fee of a particular accommodation or golf course. This is due to the comprehensive service we provide in coordinating and securing your bookings across multiple providers.
We believe this approach ensures transparency and streamlines the cancellation process for both parties. Our team is dedicated to assisting you with any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy.

Liability:

• All in One Golf Tours accepts no liability for any death, injury, illness, medical expenses, theft, loss or damage to luggage, delay, or any other claims arising from incidents that occur during the tour, including the use of our transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, golf activities, or any other related matters. Participants join our tours at their own risk and are responsible for their personal safety and belongings.

Please note that any additional services, facilities, or extras you use during your stay at the accommodation will be charged separately and are not included in the original booking price.

The cost of these services will be billed to you directly by the accommodation. It is essential to review the accommodation policies or inquire with their staff regarding the specific charges for any additional services you may require.
